ABCNEWS.com : Bush, Kerry Clash on Iraq in Debate: ""The only thing consistent about my opponent's position is he's been inconsistent," said Bush, eager for the last word." [emphasis added]
Interesting spin given that this statement came in the middle of the debate, not the end. It makes it seem as if Bush's is saying, "It's ok if I made a mistake because Kerry made it too.. so nya nya nya!" But that's NOT what happened.
